Plain English

I collect the information needed to respond, book calls, invoice, and build your MVP. I use standard analytics to improve the service. I do not sell your personal data.

  • • Project data: project description, budget, traction metrics, files you upload.
  • • Payment data: invoicing info (processed by Stripe/PayPal/Payoneer — Provider does not store full card details).
  • • Usage data: browser, IP, pages visited, referrer, collected by GA4, Meta Pixel.
  • • Cookies: session cookies, analytics cookies, optional tracking for ads and performance.

3. How We Use Data

  • • To reply to inquiries, book calls, and deliver Services.
  • • To invoice and process payments via third-party processors.
  • • To run analytics and improve the site and offer.
  • • To send service-related emails (booking confirmations, invoices, project updates).

4. Legal Bases (if EU Users)

We rely on: consent (for marketing cookies), contract performance (to provide Services), and legitimate interests (for analytics and fraud prevention).

5. Third-Party Processors

  • • Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer — payments
  • • Calendly (or alternative) — scheduling
  • • Google (GA4), Meta (Pixel) — analytics
  • • Email provider (Gmail/SendGrid) — transactional emails

We use processors that follow industry security standards. Links to their privacy policies should be included on the site.

6. Data Retention

Project-related data retained for the life of the project plus 3 years for accounting and support purposes unless you request deletion earlier and it does not conflict with legal obligations.

7. Your Rights

  • • Access: request a copy of your data.
  • • Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
  • • Erasure: request deletion subject to legal/accounting retention.
  • • Restriction & Portability: where applicable by law.
  • • Object to processing: for direct marketing or legitimate interest processing.

8. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies (required) and optional analytics/marketing cookies. Users may opt out of non-essential cookies via banner/settings.

9. Security

We implement standard technical and organizational measures (HTTPS, regular backups, role-based access) but cannot guarantee absolute security. Report security concerns to iayvob@gmail.com.

10. International Transfers

Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country for operational purposes (e.g., Stripe servers). We take reasonable steps to safeguard data transfers (contractual safeguards where applicable).

11. Children's Data

Service is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 16.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
